Our monthly rates are based on each 28 night duration (4 weeks) and arrivals on any day of the week.

In BC there is no tax on monthly stays. A savings of approximately 15% tax & fees.

Fully furnished and equipped. All utilities included. Wireless Internet, Cable TV. Towels and linens provided, full kitchens are equipped with cutlery and cookware.

These our starting rates and are based on 2 months or more with 1 person per bedroom.
Please contact us for a custom quote if you are staying less than 2 months and have more adults and/or children.
